To register for a Teen Driver Session:

You can pick up a copy of the Registration form at our office or
Print it, complete and mail/drop off this Registration form, deposit and a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, also you will find other DMV forms on the home page that you will need for your testing day that you can print:

All session are $850.00 starting 2025 ($200.00 deposit due at registration / balance of $650.00 due by 1st class)
